The traditional cakes for Chinese New Year would be all the sweet and rich cakes. This year I have decided to add on a Western touch to Chinese New Year by adding Ham and Cheese Quiche which happens to be a hit! The rich and crumbly texture of the crust is achieved by adding just the right amount of butter and with generous amount of fillings of Bacon/Ham, onions and parsley and combination of Cheese definitely gives a divine taste to the Quiche.
