And along came Valentine's Day. As the saying goes, "the way to a man's (or woman's, in my case) heart is through his (or her, of course) stomach. What a better gift than to share some light and fluffy, rich Chocolate Cupcakes with Rum Buttercream with lovely hearts to top it off. Love was definitely all around on Valentine's Day!
