This time, I received an order for my Red Velvet Cake with more Almonds
on it. Since it was for a birthday of a Chinese family, of course, there
has to be some red color somewhere on the cake. I've added 3 flowers on
the top made of gumpaste and silver pearls. Since they've asked for
more almonds, I got the whole Almonds and chopped it up, of course it
was toasted first to bring out the almond goodness. ;)
